A wealth of information about FreePlane and some of its key uses is available in the Tutorial Extension housed in its own FreePlane wiki page. This Freeplane Tutorial Extensions describes basic terms and how to use the basic Freeplane functions. In addition it contains examples of use cases and concrete instructions how to make these cases. The Tutorial is divided into parts for the Beginner, Advanced user and Professional user.

This is the logical starting place for anybody looking for information about FP and its many creative uses.
