Opening map with a saved filter applied

Opening map with a saved filter applied

Postby iainkewley » Tue Jan 28, 2014 7:18 pm

Is there any way to force a map to open with a filter already applied? I have in mind to have a number of different predefined filters for different users and then just give them a link to click to open "their view." I guess Im looking for a command line/batch file solution?

Thanks

Command-line options are described in the wiki. You can execute menu items on startup.

On the other hand it would be nice if Freeplane could just be instructed to save

- last filter
- last visited node
- last ... (?)

with the map or in the settings directory (just as the last visited files can be opened on re-launch).

yep that would be good! I can see how to load up the map and open then filter dialog from the command line but can't see how to make it open a saved filter from the command line
